In order to be in compliance with the SUNY vaccination mandate, all students taking in-person classes or participating in on-campus activities
must submit evidence
of their vaccination status for the spring semester.
For information on obtaining a medical or religious exemption, visit

The deadline to apply for an exemption is January 20, 2023.
